What is Brazilian Jiu Jitsu?
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) is a grappling martial art that emphasises technique and leverage to control and submit an opponent.
BJJ is a life-changing activity for adults because you will get in great shape, learn to defend yourself and your loved ones, and gain the confidence that comes with it. All while having fun in a community that feels like a second home.
