We’ve got you covered!
Here are answers to some of the most common concerns before starting Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.
-
Just a water bottle (you can refill it at the academy) and a t-shirt to wear under your uniform. We'll meet you in reception with a clean uniform and belt. Forgotten something? Don't worry, we'll sort you out.
-
Absolutely. Parents are welcome to stay for their kids' classes, and siblings, grandparents and mates are welcome too. Our viewing area has live screens from the mats, free WiFi, good coffee and healthy snacks at the honesty bar.
-
Most people are. Our beginner classes are for newcomers, so you won't be left behind, and you'll get your own mentor for your first few months on the mat. Our coaches and members remember what it's like to start, and they'll make you feel at home from day one.
