A focused 90-minute Friday class for committed students aged 7 plus who train regularly and want to improve their skills, build confidence and prepare for competition in a structured, supportive environment.

The session is fast-paced and technical, helping students sharpen their movements, grow their confidence and understand what it takes to compete with focus and heart.
