What is Brazilian Jiu Jitsu?

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) is a grappling martial art that teaches children how to use technique, balance and movement instead of strength. It helps kids grow in confidence, improve discipline and stay active while learning in a safe and friendly setting.

    The classes are high-energy and engaging, but our instructors are experts at creating a fun and supportive environment.

    We use a play-based approach with games and activities that introduce basic Jiu-Jitsu concepts in a way that’s easy for young children to understand.

    Our instructors, who are trained to manage high energy levels and keep the children focused, are here to guide your child.

    Sessions are kept short and incorporate a variety of activities to maintain engagement.

    If your child does get distracted, our instructors will gently and positively redirect them, ensuring they get the most out of their time with us.
