What is Brazilian Jiu Jitsu?

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) is a grappling martial art that teaches children how to use technique, balance and movement instead of strength. It helps kids grow in confidence, improve discipline and stay active while learning in a safe and friendly setting.

Timetable

We currently offer five engaging weekly sessions, ideally suited for your 3-to 4-year-old’s developing skills and energy levels.

We recommend attending 2-3 sessions weekly for optimal progress and enjoyment.
