What to Expect in No-Gi Classes

Beginner friendly coaching

Our classes follow clear lesson plans that guide you through fundamental movements, submissions and escapes. You will never be thrown into anything without support.

A faster style of grappling

No-Gi relies on underhooks, overhooks, head positioning and body control instead of gi grips. This helps you build awareness, balance and quick transitions.

Wrestling influence

You will learn takedowns, scrambles and positional control that transfer well into both gi and No-Gi BJJ.
