We limit free trial spaces to two per class so you receive a personal and welcoming experience.

If you would like to attend within the next 72 hours, you can book a complimentary trial session.

For sessions more than 72 hours in advance, a fully refundable £15 deposit is required.

  • This option allows you to reserve a 1 hour trial session more than 72 hours in advance.

  • The £15 deposit is fully refunded when you attend your session, or it can be used as credit toward your membership if you decide to join.
