All of our dedicated coaching team are certified annually through the objective and comprehensive Gracie Barra ICP. All of our lead coaches are also sport first aid trained.

Here are answers to some of the most common concerns before starting Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.

  • Not at all. All of our programmes and techniques are designed to scale to match the level and ability of any person, regardless of age.

  • We live our motto of Jiu Jitsu for Everyone and understand that some of our younger members might need additional support. This is normal and something we have a lot of experience in delivering. If you are unsure about whether Jiu Jitsu is right for your child and their specific needs please speak to us for support.

  • We don’t believe in long contracts or tying members in.  We know that if you’re happy with us you’ll continue to be a part of our team and if we let you down you’ll leave.  That’s fair. 

    We’re so confident you’ll love training with us that following your initial 16 week agreement you can cancel your membership at any time with only 60 days notice.

  • We do!  We’re proud to offer a discount to all Blue Light cardholders as a thank-you for the amazing work you do for us all. 

    We also offer discounts for multiple family members.  Get in touch with us today and we can discuss your best option.

  • All adult memberships are unlimited in terms of the number of sessions you can attend however some sessions require you to attain a certain skill level prior to attending.

    For kids, you will be able to choose the number of classes per week and the days your child attends. We will then create a recurring booking so that your place in our programme is secure.

  • Yes. We offer amazing member only holiday camps and party nights for our younger members.

    We also run an annual events programme for all of our community .
